Breathe Like a Dragon was a good record. Certainly not perfect by any stretch, but insofar as the bedroom recording artist genre is concerned, it was an incredible (if not slightly inconsistent) debut. Dre Perish has a great ear for melody and a voice to go along with it and they served him well on that album.
He’s return with new tunes, shaking off the melancholy of the last album and going straight for danceable. It doesn’t showcase his voice as much as past efforts have, but the tune is still pretty damn catchy.
