It’s still hard getting used to the sudden output coming from Purity Ring. Today’s release of “Fineshrine,” their new single from the forthcoming album Shrines puts the number of tracks available from it even with their entire output before the album was announced. Droughts (and droughts ending) aside, the new track follows Purity Ring’s tradition of banger beats, echoing synths, and lyrics about… vivisection?
